- How long is the free trial?
- Seven days. Full access to your chosen plan — no feature gates.
- Is a credit card required?
- Yes. We ask for a card up-front so Kyra can keep working the moment the trial ends. Cancel any time before day 7 and you won't be charged.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual from your Billing page at any time. Changes prorate automatically.
- How does cancellation work?
- Cancel in one click from your Billing page. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. We never auto-renew after cancellation.
- Do you offer refunds on annual plans?
- We'll refund the unused portion within 30 days of purchase. After that, you can still cancel and keep access through the end of the term.
- What about voice overage?
- Overage is billed at $0.24/minute and appears on your next invoice. You can cap or disable overage in Settings.
