Getting started

After signing up, Kyra creates a worker for your business. The fastest way to put her to work is to paste the widget snippet on your site — it looks like:

How Kyra answers questions

Kyra combines the knowledge you give her (pages, documents, FAQs) with a large language model. For every message she finds the most relevant snippets and composes an answer grounded in them. If she can't answer confidently — or a customer asks for a human — she hands the conversation over to you.

Connecting your phone

Kyra can answer calls in your business's name. Pick a number (or port your existing one) from Settings → Phone. Calls become transcripts in your inbox just like chat messages.

Setting up a website widget

Customize the widget's color, title, greeting, and position on Settings → Widget. Changes take effect the next time the page loads — no code changes needed once the snippet is installed.

Adding knowledge

Paste URLs, upload documents, or write FAQs on Settings → Knowledge. Kyra processes new sources in the background — they show up as "Ready" when she can use them.

Managing billing

View your plan, update your card, or cancel on Billing. Everything runs through Stripe's secure customer portal.

When Kyra escalates to you

If a customer asks for a human, or Kyra isn't sure of the answer, she hands off to you. You'll get an email with the transcript and a link to reply from your inbox. The customer sees a short "Let me get a human" message so they know the handoff happened.

Privacy & data

Your conversations, knowledge, and customer contacts are yours. We don't share them with other accounts and we don't use them to train third-party models. You can delete any conversation or document at any time.
